Sabor Caramelo Salgado é usado por muitos e considero que seja uma ótima combinação entre o doce e o salgado. Mas ultimamente como uso as cápsulas de Salt uso o sabor Neutro que considero ter sido uma grande ideia. Mais fácil de tomar e conciliar com provas longas e combinar várias tomas ao longo da prova.

O sabor de Caramelo nunca foi o meu favorito, mas sem duvida que aqui está encontrado um balanço muito bom entre o doce e o salgado, o que permite que quando estamos em fadiga não seja um produto enjoativo. Não sendo a coisa mais apetitosa e doce (para isso usava compota :) )a qualidade do produto é o mais importante quando queremos performance e rendimento.
